Why we exist

Most marketing reports are built to make the marketing look good. ROAS — the revenue the platform takes credit for, divided by what you spent — can climb while the business loses money. So can click-through rate and cost per click. None of them subtracts returns, VAT, or the cost of your goods. None of them notices the sales your pixel never saw.

We started Mindlink to report the other number. We call it contribution profit — what’s left after you subtract returns, VAT, product costs, and ad spend from the cash that comes in. It is the only number your bank account actually keeps. It is the only one we steer by.

That choice has a consequence we like: there is nowhere to hide. An agency that reports ROAS can always find a green number. An agency that reports contribution profit either grew it or it did not.

The founder

I’m Paweł Kaczyński. I have spent about 16 years in marketing, media, and consulting. Twelve of them ran on Meta Ads, where I personally managed several million dollars of ad budget.

I am not only a media buyer. I have been the operator.

  • I built a food brand that reached €200K a month by its fourth month.
  • I built a subscription catering business — and later sold it.
  • I built and ran a B2B marketplace. I know two-sided supply and demand from the inside, not from a slide.

I also studied social psychology. That is most of why I distrust a dashboard that tells me what I want to hear.

During my agency years I designed and sold about 20 million złoty of digital marketing services to large companies, with no sales team behind me. The team has shipped tracking and measurement work for Volkswagen, Audi, KFC, and WizzAir. I mention those names for one reason. The measurement craft under Mindlink was learned on accounts where the numbers had to be right.

What we believe (the Kodeks)

  • We are paid on outcomes, not hours. On growth work, we are paid from the profit we grow. We earn when you profit. If it earns nothing, we earn nothing.
  • First the cake, then the slice. Attribution tools tell you which ad gets credit for a sale. They only show you the data you collected. They cannot fix data that was never collected right. We fix the foundation first, then argue about how to read it.
  • We work with your team, not over it. We work alongside the people you already have. We are not interested in owning your know-how.
  • We build repeatable systems, not one-off heroics. What we offer is a process you could hand to someone else, not a genius nobody can copy.
  • Don’t build a house on rented land. Own your data, own your customer relationships, own your channel. We help you do that.

Who we work with

We work with two kinds of business. The first is online sellers — stores, subscriptions, apps, marketplaces — doing about €5M a year or more, with margins that leave room to grow. The second is businesses where the sale closes on a human call: consulting, coaching, B2B services, high-ticket sales. If you are smaller than that, we will tell you on the call rather than take money we cannot grow.

We don’t make money producing creatives.

Fresh ads are what scaling needs. So we ship at least 50 a week — and the production fee simply covers what they cost to make. Gemini will render you an image for cents. So will we. You are not paying for pixels. You are paying to know which fifty to make.
