Most software for meal-prep businesses is built by people who have never packed a bag on a production morning. Flambia is ours, and we built it out of a kitchen we ran ourselves.
Before Flambia came three food brands the same founder built and sold: Black Monkey Cooks, Primate, and Cebulka. Cebulka reached $203,956 in its best month. At the peak the kitchen packed about two thousand meal-sets, close to ten thousand meals, and had them on doorsteps in one morning. Flambia is that operation written down as software.
What it does, and only what it does: a branded storefront on the operator’s own domain, calorie-personalised ordering, prepaid subscriptions customers pause or cancel themselves, and a production suite that prints the day as paperwork a crew can follow, from shopping lists to labels with macros and allergens to a per-address briefing for the courier.
Our job at Mindlink is the demand side: the storefront, the funnel, and the ads measured in the profit you bank. Flambia is the product; the growth engine around it is what we build for the operators who run it.
If you run a kitchen and want to add a prepaid meal-prep line, the founder’s story and the software are here.
