These Terms constitute the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of applicable Polish law. 4.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, Meetings are remote (e.g., video or phone).
4.3. We may use a trusted third‑party scheduling provider (e.g., a calendar/booking widget) to deliver the booking functionality. See Section 12 and our Privacy Policy for details.
5.1. Booking process. To book a Meeting, choose an available time slot, provide the requested information (e.g., name, email, and any notes), and submit the form. You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided.

5.4. Rescheduling and cancellations (paid meetings, if offered). Unless stated otherwise at checkout: (a) you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time; (b) cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are refunded in full; (c) later cancellations and no‑shows are non‑refundable.
5.5. Availability. Available time slots are shown in your local time zone (based on your browser settings) or as otherwise indicated by the tool. We do not guarantee that particular time slots will remain available.

6.2. Payments are processed by an external payment processor. The contract of sale/payment processing is subject to that provider’s terms. Keep your payment details secure and up to date.
7.1. If you are a Consumer and purchase a paid Meeting online, you generally have a 14‑day right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
7.2. Exceptions. If the Meeting is scheduled to take place within the withdrawal period and is fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose the withdrawal right once the service is performed, you will not have the right to withdraw after the Meeting has been held.
7.3. To exercise the withdrawal right (when applicable), email hello@mindlink.digital with a clear statement. We will confirm receipt and process any due refund without undue delay.

11.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill; (c) failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
11.3. For paid Meetings, and only to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Meeting giving rise to the claim.
We may integrate third‑party tools (e.g., scheduling, videoconferencing or payment processing). Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or availability. See our Privacy Policy for information on processors and data transfers.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. Please review those documents for details, including your rights and choices.
